REFUND POLICY

We don’t accept returns or offer refunds, unless the product is faulty. Within seven days of receiving your product if it is faulty or you are extremely disappointed (all items are made with love, so we doubt that you will) email us and we can go from there.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

At the moment we only ship within Australia, however if you are somehwere international feel free to contact us and we might be able to work something out!

All orders within Australia have free shipping! Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday and shipped with Australia Post.

Shy Denim is not responsible for missing packages, however, we will help track down the parcel as we want our denim in safe hands too!
